Tasks
As an essential support role, the key responsabilities include, among others:
- Performs general administration and secretarial duties
- Administers time cards
- Controls and manages IT and IM related services and requests
- Manages and controls office vendors and suppliers
- Administers and plans BUP contracts and inspections
- Checks and approves supplier´s invoice
- Prepares, organizes and executes events
- Orders training materials, room maintenance, plans training, follow up on training bookings, hotel bookings (locally), supports local booking coordinators, area coordinators, Trainers on demand etc. includingcoordination regarding participation, administers and updates ecadia
- All activities related to occupational safety
- Monitors compliance with the internal guidelines, policies and strategies
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements

- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelors degree desirable
- 2-3 years experience in airfreight handling and operations is preferred
- Previous administrative experience required
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Computer literate as user
- Must possess a legal work permit in Mexico
