Amentum is currently seeking an Administrative Support Analyst IV to support the PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV) project office under Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, Ft. Belvoir, VA. This position will afford you an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team whose mission is to provide and rapidly deliver enhanced protection, individual equipment, and aviation life support capabilities, which provides combat overmatch and facilitates mission execution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and personnel support for the PM and others as necessary.
- Handle sensitive or confidential information.
- Manage PM calendar using MS Outlook.
- Perform in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support.
- Prepare a variety of documents, such as correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software.
- Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications.
- Train lower-level administrative support analysts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five (5) years related work experience OR High school diploma/equivalent and at least ten (10) years of related work experience.
- Must have an Active US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
- Expert in MS Office Suite of Software.
- Proficient with Defense Travel System.
- Knowledgeable in MS SharePoint.
