Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Responsible for the preparation and administration of the business trips orders
- Organize company business travels – flight tickets, accommodation, rent-a-cars, etc.
- Research and handles visa processes where needed.
- Other tasks related to the business travel topic
- Works with company systems – SAP.
- Supports the team in terms of administrating working time of the employees
- Prepares reports

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- Fluent English
- Experience with the Amadeus GDS is an advantage.
- Excellent command of MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills, ability to plan effectively and work under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills
- High flexibility
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- University degree in Tourism, Business administration or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
