Responsibilities:Distribution of incoming mail Processing of invoices (controlling, entry database, coding & approval in Ariba, filing, reminder and direct debits)AFC preparation/ supportContract data management (i.e. handling/trucking) and research/update requestsRegistration of training as well as monitoring and validity (for own staff and other companies)Damage Handling (liability insurance via Canada)Monthly cost / revenue checkBudget preparation/ supportMonthly revenue/ commission statistics as well as cost per kilo preparation cost per kiloIssuance of AWB stocksHandling of System ODISSproperty access authorization – issuance of inhouse ID cardsAdmin tasks (i.e. FRAPORT ID, Licenses/background check, parking lots, organize general office supply, correspondence)Energy cost consumptionMonitor repair/service/licenses and Air Security PlanSupport for AD Hoc projects
QualificationsMinimum 2+ years’ experience in providing administrative support and affinity for numbers
