PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly driven Contract Administrator to join our aerospace team in Miramar, FL. In this essential, customer-facing role, youll own a dedicated portfolio of service contracts, warranties, and repair programs—from quote to delivery. This is your opportunity to become the cornerstone of contract execution, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Manage Daily Inductions: Review and process incoming repair paperwork within 24 hours.
Lead Contract Execution: Serve as the primary liaison for commercial and government clients throughout the contract lifecycle.
Drive Financial Accuracy: Secure quote approvals and resolve receivables in collaboration with finance.
Ensure Compliance: Work closely with International Trade Compliance on import/export matters.
Support Business Goals: Monitor financial milestones and support collections, forecasts, and payment terms.
Communicate Requirements: Relay contractual obligations to internal teams across operations and supply chain.
Enable Delivery Excellence: Coordinate demand forecasts and delivery timelines with internal stakeholders.
Improve Processes: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to contract workflows and reporting.
Risk Management: Proactively escalate issues and support resolution planning.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree in a related field
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience in contracts or order management
Background in aerospace, defense, or a regulated industry
Understanding of financial concepts such as pricing strategies or quote review
Experience working with International Trade Compliance or knowledge of import/export regulations
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Pay Details: $37.12 per hour
