Be the Backbone Behind Digital ProgressPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Coordinator to support critical telecommunications operations. In this remote role, you’ll be a key player in managing administrative processes, supporting senior leadership, and maintaining the quality and consistency of internal documentation. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and clarity of communications across multiple business units.
What You’ll DoIndependently manage a variety of complex and confidential administrative and clerical tasks.
Update service guides with accurate language and rate changes.
Create and maintain templates and document links in Excel and Word.
Conduct document audits to ensure precision and consistency.
Produce and distribute reports for executive-level leadership.
Document and streamline repeatable processes and procedures.
Support various internal teams with ad hoc projects and reporting needs.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience supporting upper-level supervisors or executives.
Proven ability to deliver polished reports and updates to senior leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
Independent problem-solving capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SQL, Access, Databricks, or other database/reporting tools.
Background in the telecommunications industry.

Pay Details: $22.03 to $27.23 per hour
