As an Executive Assistant at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive leadership in our Crystal City, VA and Washington, DC offices, with a core focus on our Senior Vice President of Government Relations and our Vice President and General Counsel, Defense & Space and Electronic Solutions. Your ability to coordinate fast-paced and constantly shifting schedules, manage domestic and international travel, and facilitate executive-level meetings and events will be critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, travel and in some cases group e-mails for two primary senior executives and other members of the leadership team as needed.
- Take a leadership role in occasional event planning, customer visit engagements and related activities.
- Facilitate recordkeeping and electronic organization for the Legal and Government Relations Departments.
- Assist in management of outside counsel, consultants and vendor billings.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, chief of staff or equivalent role.
- Strong organizational skills with both digital and electronic files.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (predominantly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience managing domestic and international travel.
