As the Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist (Executive Recruiter), you will play a key role in attracting and engaging exceptional leadership talent for Qatar Airways Group. Working closely with Executive TA Business Partners and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic insights, spanet intelligence, and expert recommendations that support critical hiring decisions.
Your primary focus will be on proactive spanet mapping, candidate identification, and engagement for senior leadership roles (Vice President and above). You will build strong talent pipelines, nurture relationships with prospective candidates, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the assessment and selection stages, culminating in high-quality shortlist presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct spanet mapping and talent pipelining to proactively build strong candidate networks.
Deliver assigned number of open, future and spanet mapping search projects, managing interfaces with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment outcomes and quality of hire, time to hire and cost of hire standards are met.
Contribute to the development of search strategies through spanet research and understanding spanet trends, identifying talent movement, and constantly calibrating with Executive TA Business Partners and hiring managers on identifying the best talent for the role.
Promote best practices using the selection framework, coaching hiring managers where necessary and taking ultimate responsibility for high quality hiring decisions and meeting quality of hire metrics Responsible for drafting candidate reports, progress reports and shortlist presentations through ensuring that all communication is coherent, with focus on quality and detail.
Continually contributes to the knowledge base of the Executive Recruitment team by sharing industry insights, latest recruitment best practices and innovative digital tools. Contributes to the development of innovative ways to raise the bar on how Qatar Airways Recruits leadership talent.
Leverage industry insights, data, and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on workforce trends and recruitment outcomes.
Partner with the Executive On-boarding and senior HR Business Partners to provide Candidates and Hiring Manager world class customer experience.
Promote the company’s employer brand, EVP, and culture to attract top executive talent globally.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity objectives, and recruitment best practices.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
