IT & Electrical Support Specialist

Job Description:

Tasks

Provide technical support to end-user
Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and manage the lifecycle of hardware assets
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, and access rights
Maintain and configure the security camera and access control system
Maintain and repair the office electrical system
Support and maintain electrical panels
Inspect and test electrical sockets and extension cords regularly to ensure safety compliance.
Repair standard office door mechanisms
Perform basic plumbing tasks
Remove and reinstall kitchen appliances when needed
Conduct basic maintenance of air conditioning
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange
Very good communication behavior as well as high service and customer orientation
Very good English skills, German skills preferred
Willingness to travel
