Contribute to large-scale IT project team by executing assigned project tasks such as data verification, requirements clarification, process drafting, project statistics gathering and visualization, oversight and reporting on specific project activities)

Support the Project Manager with administrative, communication, and logistical coordination, including meeting organization, facilities/equipment arrangment, and travel management

Collaborate in the implementation of new digital solutions by translating operational needs into clear requirements, participate in development, run testing and celebrate product delivery

Ensure successful adoption by preparing user-friendly manuals and training materials, conducting or coordinating personnel training for new tools

Oversee active IT systems by coordinating swift issue resolution with IT department and system vendors, participating in product updates review and implementation

Act as first-line support for end-users: acknowledge and action new business needs and problems with existing solutions

Work closely with IT to prioritize new requirements and arising issues. Ensure timely fixes for reported problems by clarifying details, root causes, constraints, and operational effects

Coordinate with stakeholders, including Technical Department Managers, System Analysts, IT User Support, System Administrators and external product vendors

University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Aircraft Maintenance, or aviation

Proven experience in at least one of the following areas:

• IT system administration, implementation or testing

• Programming or database administration

• Aircraft engineering or maintenance

Technical knowledge:

• Proficiency in AMOS, MS Power Platform (Power Apps, SharePoint, PowerBI, etc.), Jira or Excel skills will be considered an advantage

Project experience:

• Participation in ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar) will be highly valued

• Excellent communication skills
