Assistant Manager, Data Analysis

The Senior Executive, Data Analytics is responsible for strengthening MAB Engineerings digital capability by leading data initiatives that support the companys Digital Transformation roadmap. The role involves driving end-to-end data analytics development from ingestion and data governance to modelling, insights generation, and dashboard deployment. The incumbent will act as a key enabler to commercialize data-driven solutions and enhance analytics maturity across MABES.

• Data Analytics & Insights Development
  
  1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data analytics workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions for MABES operations.
  2. Build scalable analytics pipelines and automation to support operational, financial, and engineering decision-making.
  3. Apply advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and statistical techniques to solve high-complexity, cross-functional business problems.
• Data Management & Governance
  
  1. Oversee data quality, data governance, and data lineage across various analytics and cloud platforms.
  2. Manage data ingestion processes, transformation logic, and integration with internal/external systems (ERP, HRIS, WMS, etc.).
  3. Collaborate with MAG IT to ensure reliability, serviceability, and secure connectivity of all analytics solutions.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  
  1. Engage business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into structured data workflows and analytical models.
  2. Partner with Engineering, Commercial, Planning, Hangar Operations, and other departments to identify process improvement opportunities using data.
  3. Provide advisory support on analytics best practices to non-technical users.
• Digital Culture & Capability Building
  1. Promote data-driven decision making by educating and influencing teams across MABES.
  2. Contribute to digital upskilling programs, analytics training, and the development of internal data champions.

• Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or data engineering roles.

• Experience in aviation, MRO, or engineering environments is an added advantage
