Boeing Jeppesen is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist reporting to the Manager of Crew Support working out of the Montreal, Quebec office.

Service Delivery Specialist will work within the global IT Service Management team which consists of service managers, system experts and service account managers, operating from multiple locations including Gothenburg, Montreal and Singapore.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and technical support teams to ensure our customers get fully value of the software and support their daily operations for our Crew and Network Operation Software (namely, Jeppesen Crew Pairing, Crew Rostering, Ops Control and Crew Tracking). Your role will encompass a comprehensive understanding of Planning and Operations offerings, coordinating service deliveries for the Planning and Operations portfolio.

Position responsibilities:

  • Serve as a first level escalation point for customers’ operational support.

  • Coordinate service deliveries for the Planning and Operations system support activities. The service delivery activities include but not limited to bug fixes, inquiries, service requests, system monitoring, system migration and change requests.

  • Host regular meetings and provide reports to customer and internal stakeholders on the current overall customer status, metrics, issue resolution, customer escalations, risk management, and internal coordination.

  • Identify Risk, Issues and Opportunities and drive actions to mitigate risks, resolve issues and capture opportunities.

  • Lead the preparation of technical and operational impact analysis for the assigned customers.

  • Interact with many parts of the organization to understand complex situations and provide answers to the customers.

  • Work closely with Customer Success Manager to provide inputs to and help execute the system adoption plans.

  • Act as voice of customers to provide feedback to internal stakeholders which includes but not limited to Product Development, Implementation, Support and Portfolio Management.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in information technology or software technical support.

  • 3+ years of experience in direct customer-facing role.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT software project/program management, system design, development, support, integration or consulting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.

  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.

  • Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding controlled goods.

  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

  • Experience within airline operations or aerospace industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Experience working with cross functional teams in global organization(s).

  • Familiar with airlines Crew & Ops portfolio and products.

Votre rôle comprendra une compréhension complète des offres de planification et dopérations, en coordonnant les livraisons de services pour le portefeuille de planification et dopérations.

Responsabilités du poste:

  • Agir comme de point de contact principal pour les escalades de support opérationnel des clients.

  • Coordonner les livraisons de services pour le support des systèmes de planification et dopérations, y compris la correction de bogues, le traitement des demandes de renseignements, la gestion des demandes de service, la surveillance des systèmes, la migration des systèmes et les demandes de changement.

  • Organiser des réunions régulières et fournir des rapports aux clients et aux parties prenantes internes sur létat général actuel des clients, les indicateurs, la résolution des problèmes, les escalades des clients, la gestion des risques et la coordination interne.

  • Identifier les risques, les problèmes et les opportunités et mettre en œuvre des actions pour atténuer les risques, résoudre les problèmes et saisir les opportunités.

  • Diriger la préparation danalyses dimpact technique et opérationnel pour les clients assignés.

  • Collaborer avec diverses équipes au sein de lorganisation pour comprendre des situations complexes et fournir des solutions adaptées aux clients.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable de la réussite client pour fournir des contributions et aider à exécuter les plans dadoption du système.

  • Agir en tant que voix des clients pour fournir des retours aux parties prenantes internes, y compris les équipes de développement de produits, de mise en œuvre, de support et de gestion de portefeuille.

Qualifications de base (Compétences/Expérience requises):

  • 5+ ans dexpérience en technologie de linformation ou en support technique logiciel.

  • 3+ ans dexpérience dans un rôle en contact direct avec les clients.

  • 3+ ans dexpérience en gestion de projets/programmes logiciels IT, conception de systèmes, développement, support, intégration ou conseil.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais.

  • Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada.

  • Lindividu ne doit pas représenter un risque pour la protection des biens contrôlés.

  • Doit être éligible à manipuler des données contrôlées pour l’exportation vers les États-Unis.

Qualifications préférées (Éducation/Expérience):

  • Expérience dans le domaine des opérations aériennes ou lindustrie aérospatiale.

  • Expérience de travail avec des équipes interfonctionnelles dans des organisations mondiales.

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat ou supérieur.

  • Familiarité avec le portefeuille et les produits des équipages et des opérations des compagnies aériennes.
