Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationAs a Senior Channel Excellence Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and process improvement within the Channel Excellence team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to optimize channel operations, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth. Your expertise in operations management and process optimization will be key in ensuring smooth and effective channel operations. You will report directly to our Sr Director Channel Excellence, and you will work out of our Rosemont location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our channel operations and contribute to the overall growth and success of Honeywell.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the channel operations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel operations, including order management, inventory management
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in channel operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective channel operations.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of channel operations.
- Provide guidance and support to the channel operations team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in channel operations and bring innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and automation to enhance channel operations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,200 - $104,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
