Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist

Aerospace Technologies is seeking a Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Defense & Space division, playing a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
You will report directly to our Marketing Director and you’ll work out of our Norcross, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by developing and executing targeted customer spaneting strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Your ability to understand customer needs, analyze spanet trends, and deliver impactful campaigns will strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand perception, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer spaneting strategies to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales teams globally to understand customer needs and create targeted spaneting campaigns.
- Create and manage spaneting programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events.
- Analyze spanet trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of spaneting campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints.
- Utilize spaneting automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and creative services, to develop compelling spaneting collateral and assets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer spaneting, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Support the planning and execution of industry events and Honeywell-led customer events.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer spaneting or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful spaneting strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with spaneting automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
