Description:You will be the Subcontract Administrator Senior for the Subcontract Administration Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑impact subcontract solutions that enable the development, production, and global sustainment of critical systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator Senior you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of subcontracting activities across multiple contract types.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for capital equipment, specialized materials, test equipment, IT services, and other critical resources.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and create evaluation criteria to assess proposals.
- Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, and administer resulting subcontracts.
- Coordinate subcontract modifications and collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to shape policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulations throughout all subcontracting activities.

Basic Qualifications:
•Knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP, and other acquisition policies and procedures.
•Expertise in building trades, materials, industrial gases machinery and maintenance services.
•Be proactive and have excellent customer service skills.
•Manage challenging workload effectively and efficiently.
•Exhibit strong problem-solving and communications skills.
•Self-starter and an excellent team player.
•Strong computer skills.
•Experience in SAP or equivalent system.
•Some travel may be required.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
