- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in airline scheduling, training coordination, or related
- Experience using crew management software (AIMS preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations (FARs) related to training and flight crew
- Understanding of Atlas Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
- Ability to analyze complex scheduling issues and develop practical, compliant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across
Special Demands:- Must be flexible and available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by a 24-hour operations environment.
Salary Range: $52,500 - $71,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset."
