Now Hiring: Precision Wire Harness & Panel Assembly Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Wire Harness & Control Box Assembler to build, route, and install electrical wiring systems and components within control boxes, panels, and enclosures. Work Environment & Schedule- New, modern manufacturing facility
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities- Assemble wire and cable harnesses following schematics, wiring diagrams, and detailed work instructions
- Install connectors, terminals, wiring, and electrical components into control boxes and enclosures
- Route, bundle, and secure wiring using clamps, ties, sleeves, and other protective materials
- Perform wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and termination tasks with accuracy
- Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing to ensure proper functionality
- Inspect harnesses and assemblies for accuracy, quality, and adherence to internal or IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 standards
- Interpret engineering drawings, assembly documentation, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Document build progress, testing results, rework actions, and other production data
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues or clarify requirements
- Safely use hand tools such as cutters, wire strippers, crimpers, torque tools, and soldering irons
- Operate test equipment including multimeters and continuity testers
What You BringRequired Skills & Experience- Proven experience in wire harness assembly, electrical assembly, or similar manufacturing environments
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and schematics
- Strong competence in wire termination, crimping, soldering, and related electrical assembly techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and steady manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment
- High school diploma required
Preferred Qualifications- IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 certification
- Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, industrial control systems, or electronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing methodologies, or continuous improvement practices
Work Environment & Physical Requirements- Brand‑new, modern manufacturing facility
- Tasks may require periods of standing or sitting
- Detailed, hands‑on electrical assembly work
- Ability to lift 25–40 lbs as needed

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
