Innovate to solve the worlds most important challengesAs an Advanced Systems Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be part of the Antenna Center of Excellence in Norcross, GA. You will play a crucial role in the testing and validation of advanced antenna systems, ensuring their quality, reliability, and performance. Your expertise in test engineering will contribute to the development of cutting-edge antenna technologies. You will report directly to our Antenna Center of Excellence Manager and youll work out of our Norcross, GA location on a hybrid work schedule after your first 90 days.In this role, you will impact the success of our antenna systems by conducting thorough testing and validation, identifying areas for improvement, and providing technical guidance and support to the team. Your work will contribute to the development of high-performance antenna systems that meet the needs of our customers.   • Conduct thorough testing and validation of advanced antenna systems
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of antenna systems
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product enhancements
  • Plan and carry out test tasks, such as interpreting test requirements, creating test plans, designing test hardware and software, and supporting characterization, testing, and debugging of devices for commercial, military, and space markets.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • 3+ years of experience in developing products designed for testability, providing support throughout the product lifecycle, and contributing to both new development and ongoing sustainment of product test systems, ranging from manual to fully automated, in a production environment
  • Experience in the operation of any of the following equipment: Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator and Network Analyzer
  • Experience analyzing requirements, developing test plans/procedures and detailing test results • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
  • Advanced engineering degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • DO-160, MIL-STD-810/461 (or equivalent) qualification testing experience
  • Labview/TestStand Experience
  • Experience in testing and validation of antenna systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
