Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements by validating, interpreting, and driving adherence across products, processes, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting confidence in quality performance through responsive communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- Drive root cause analysis projects and present results when required by customers.
- Facilitate customer audits and work with the QMS leader to drive completion of audit findings.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Aerospace Quality Program Manager and/or Customer Satisfaction/Issue Resolution Lead OR:
- A high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Aerospace Quality Program Management and/or Customer Satisfaction/Issue Resolution Lead
Desired Characteristics & Experience:
- Strong problem-solving experience (8D, RCCA, Apollo, 5 why etc.)
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
