Purpose of Position
The Mobility Platform Engineer, Lead owns UEM platform architecture, automation, and enterprise mobility operations with an iOS-first strategy across all areas of Mobility for NetJets Globally, including Crew iPad Electronic Flight Bags. This role leads Workspace ONE UEM/Access architecture, identity-driven access (Okta), zero-touch enrollment, BYOD, and mobile security posture. The Lead drives reliability, compliance, automation, enterprise architecture and cross-team alignment to deliver secure and seamless end user driven mobility experiences.

Tasks and Responsibilities
•Own Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access platform architecture, configuration, automation, monitoring, and Tier 3 escalation.
•Lead identity-driven mobility strategies integrating Okta and Workspace ONE Access for conditional access, device trust, Okta Fast Pass, and SSO.
•Drive an iOS-first mobility strategy including Apple Business Manager (ABM), ADE, Managed Apple IDs, supervision, update strategies (RSR), and leading adoption of Declarative Device Management.
•Design and operate BYOD using Apple User Enrollment with strong privacy, data separation, and containerized data loss prevention.
•Integrate Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) signals into compliance and conditional access workflows through Microsoft 365 - including proactive monitoring, and MDM enforced ongoing device compliance.
•Develop automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using UEM APIs, PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
•Own device lifecycle workflows including zero-touch provisioning, updates, refresh/retire, and deprovisioning.
•Partner with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance to maintain CIS/NIST alignment and manage exceptions.
•Create and maintain technical standards, runbooks, and knowledge base materials; mentor junior engineers.
•Define and track mobility KPIs including enrollment success, compliance rate, time-to-remediate, and CSAT.
•Lead major incident response and root cause analysis for mobility platform issues.
•Manage vendor partnerships with Apple, Omnissa, Mobility managed service providers, and Okta.

•Expert iOS/iPadOS management: ABM, ADE, Managed Apple IDs, supervision, User Enrollment, RSR, DDM.
•Expertise with Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.
•Advanced Okta identity integration including device trust, SAML/OIDC, MFA, contextual access policies.
•Familiarity with Okta Verify managed device enrollment and SSO profiles
•Demonstrated deep expertise in Applefirst enterprise mobility and identity integration (Workspace ONE Access + Okta or equivalent IDP).
•Scripting/automation proficiency (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
•Strong understanding of BYOD privacy architecture and data separation models utilizing Microsoft 365s MAM, conditional access, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
•Mobile Threat Defense understanding and integration experience.
•Knowledge of CIS/NIST mobile security baselines across
•Strong troubleshooting, communication, and mentorship skills.
