Fixture/Tool Designer

Job Description:

Design work holding for machine tools.
Create in-process models for consumption by other users (programmers, ME’s, etc.).
Design jigs, tools, gages, assembly tooling, production aids, parts for polymer 3d printing.
Provide tech support for fixture builds.

Job Requirements:

NX CAD
Demonstrated proficiency interpreting drawing requirements. with a strong GD&T knowledge. (ASME Y14.5M – 2009).
Experience using PLM systems.
Hydraulic clamping knowledge.
Pneumatic system knowledge is a plus.
