Job Purpose
The Influencer and Content Engagement Strategist will lead the design, development and execution of strategic influencer engagement programmes across the Emirates Groups Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) brands. The role holder will be instrumental in shaping how the organisation engages with influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders to drive brand awareness and affinity, product consideration, and reputation advocacy at scale to support sustained business growth.
In this role you will:
- Develop and drive the global influencer engagement strategy to align with corporate brand goals. Work closely with the Public Relations (PR) team and external agencies to ensure all influencer engagements comply with local regulations and legislation, disclosure requirements, and internal brand guidelines.
- Align and empower cross-functional in-house teams and agency partners to exceptionally deliver on the global influencer strategy, by creating playbooks, providing templates and guidance, and sharing industry best practice.
- Identify, assess, and cultivate direct relationships with top tier influencers and content creators. Design and develop stakeholder management frameworks, manage and maintain contracts, and support briefing documents.
- Design, develop, and execute innovative and creative influencer-led campaigns with maximum global brand impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop influencer campaigns as part of integrated spaneting communications strategies, to support business objectives and briefs.
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer initiatives; working with internal teams to track deliverables and KPIs; continually optimise strategies to maximise return on investment (ROI) and long-term value.
- Collaborate with the PR team to review and procure appropriate agency partners and technology tools that support influencer discovery, engagement management, campaign tracking and reporting.
QualificationTo be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (12+3 or equivalent).
- 8+ years experience in Marketing & Media Communication or similar.
- Experience in influencer spaneting, digital communications, or brand strategy, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing global influencer programs, especially within complex B2B and B2C ecosystems.
- Proficient with Traackr, CreatorIQ, Sprinklr, or similar tools for influencer and social media campaign execution and tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-national and multi-stakeholder environment.
- Possess strong communication, stakeholder and project management skills
