Boeing Poland Software Engineering develops and produces avionics and electronics systems designed for use on aircraft and other platforms for purposes such as navigation, flight controls, information systems, and other core avionics functions. As an Intern Software Engineer you will join the Boeing Poland Software Engineering team consisting of highly skilled, high performing engineering team members supporting multiple projects across Software Engineering organization.

Position Responsibilities:
Utilizing modern programming techniques, tools, languages and agile software development methodologies to build software for delivered Boeing systems
Performing engineering activities including architecture design, software development, integration and testing
Proactively contributing to project execution plan to set and effectively achieve operational goals
Influencing, innovating and continuously improving the software engineering process as well as quality, safety and reliability of products and services provided by Boeing
Cultivating a positive staff culture, team motivation
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in C++ or at least one other high-level modern programming language
Familiarity with Model Based Design, preferably in MATLAB and Simulink suite
Familiarity with airborne software certification and tools qualification processes and standards
Design and systems thinking skills
