Job Summary:
The Manager of Program Engineering Support will work in close cooperation with the Dassault Aviation Program team based in France to lead the Program Specialists team. Responsibilities include: expediting resolution of the Product Support Agenda (PSA) topics in the best interest of the W/H operators, coordinating SB development and validating technical content of fleet/customer specific communications. Ultimately, will be responsible for improving the efficient cooperation between departments of the worldwide Customer Service organization, including Frontline, Spares, FalconCare, Communications and the Dassault Aviation Program Team
Principal Duties:
Supervise day-to-day activities of Program Engineering Support team including work scheduling, task prioritization, performance monitoring and quality of provided answers
Define and implement strategy for Program Engineering Support team, including setting and achieving budgetary and service level goals, as well as preparation of entry into service of new model
Support the Dassault Falcon Customer Service FTRs, CSMs, Technical Centers and Spares as needed to provide a timely response/support request to Falcon operators
Validate technical content of communications for customers including regional/worldwide M&O material, customer specific reliability reviews and responding to other information requests as required
Monitor the fleet for issues impacting aircraft reliability, availability and maintenance cost for inclusion in the PSA process. Present identified items for inclusion in the PSA process, maintaining current information on progress
Responsible for personnel, budget and metrics of Program Engineering Support Department
Follow through on significant events/accidents on Falcon aircraft to understand root cause and recommend any technical/procedural changes as necessary
Coordinate high profile customer projects: letters, executive summaries, reliability reports
Organize participation of Program Specialists in communication events (Field Rep. meeting, PSA review, NBAA, PAMA, periodic meetings with major operators, etc.)
Create, comment and distribute monthly ISO performance metrics of the department
Serve as the voice of W/H customers

Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree in Aeronautics, Aviation Management or an Engineering discipline
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an aviation operation, an aeronautical product of OEM (avionics, systems or propulsion) and/or an airline or aircraft service center
Experience in at least three (3) of the following responsibilities: program management in an aviation environment, work with aeronautical product OEM, work with the FAA and EASA, deployment of aircraft technical solutions, or work with aircraft operations
Demonstrated success as a team manager/leader
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong communication and team-player skills
Additional Desired Qualifications:
A&P license or equivalent experience
Pilots license
Fluency in French
Working Conditions:
Office environment
Domestic and international travel when necessary to accomplish job responsibilities (10-15 travel)
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position typically falls between $100,000 and $140,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
