Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in senior IT roles, ideally within the aviation or travel industry.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and agile development methodologies.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide IT professionals towards achieving common goals.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also being a team player who actively contributes to group efforts.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Workday HRIS system, Workday Studio and Workday Extend is a plus
