MAG Aerospace is seeking a resourceful Senior Engagement Task Lead to ensure support for SMEP efforts across multiple Combatant Commands (CCMDs). The goal is to synchronize, align, and execute engagement activities in a globally distributed operational environment, ensuring they are mission-aligned, responsive, and compliant with Department of Defense (DoD) policies and OPSEC requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and synchronize SMEP support across CCMDs, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and Joint Task Forces (JTFs)

  • Manage prioritization and allocation of contractor personnel based on shifting mission needs.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between USSOCOM J39, TSOCs, and CCMD stakeholders.

  • Lead engagement planning and execution for Information Operations (IO) and Psychological Operations (PSYOP) initiatives.

  • Oversee dynamic workforce allocation and surge support to meet changing priorities.

  • Monitor and report on engagement effectiveness, program performance, and mission outcomes.

  • Develop briefings, status updates, and decision-support materials for senior leaders (GO/FO/SES).

  • Ensure compliance with DoD policies, OPSEC, and applicable authorities

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

The required skills and knowledge include:

  • Program Management experience
  • Possess a PMI PgMP or PMI Project Management Professional certification.
  • Strong stakeholder management, strategic communications, and program management skills.
  • Experience coordinating across CCMDs, TSOCs, and joint/SOF environments.

The minimum years of related experience required:

  • A minimum of three years’ (3)experience (within the last seven years) directly supporting projects that require working knowledge of J39 operations, issuances, and policies

Education

The minimum level of education required is:

  • High school diploma

Desired Requirements

The desired skills, knowledge, and education include:

  • A minimum of ten years’ experience leading the implementation of Information Operations related programs
  • Possess a Professional Education and Training in the fields of Psychological Operations or Information Operations

Other Qualifications

  • Possess a TS clearance with eligibility for SCI and maintain the level of clearance to access facility.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $94500 to $175500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
