Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer here at Aerospace, you will lead initiatives to ensure that our suppliers meet Companys quality standards and strategy in the manufacture of components. You will be responsible for driving supplier performance improvement, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our supply chain.
You will report directly to our Director, Supplier Quality Engineering and you’ll work out of our Taiwan location on a remote work schedule.
In this role, you will impact supplier quality performance by conducting audits, performing root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to address quality issues, thereby enhancing the overall quality of our products and services.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day activities of supplier quality initiatives, providing guidance and support to the quality engineering team.
- Conduct supplier audits to assess capabilities and compliance with Companys quality standards.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and tools, including root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and industry quality standards.
