Skills You Bring To this Role
· Excellent communication skills are required. An SCME must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with peers, internal and external customers, suppliers, and brief leaders/customers.
· A technical understanding of non-metallic or metallic processes, tooling, or design.
· A strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques, materials, and equipment.
· The ability to identify and prioritize both explicit and implicit tasks in order to accomplish the mission.
· The willingness to seize the initiative rather than wait for problems to come to you.
· Proficient in using CAD for part viewing.
· Proficient in MS Office productivity tools.
What you need to be successful
· 2 years in aerospace or related manufacturing industry experience.
· Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or relevant/related disciplines required.
· Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
