Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Systems Engineer (Sys Integr, Ver & Validation) to join our Government Training Engineering team in support of Mobility, Surveillance, & Bombers programs in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role will focus on the test and verification activities for ground and training systems in support of E-3 AWACS, E-7 Wedgetail, B-52 Bomber, and KC-46 Tanker programs.

Position Responsibilities:
- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify system and subsystem requirements.
- Works with team leads to develop system test plans and create requirement verification links to test procedures in DOORS and CAMEO.
- Assists with development, testing, and updating of test procedures to support software, system, and acceptance testing.
- Supports execution of Qualification Tests with and without external customer participation.
- Creates and submits work orders and gathers evidence of compliance for requirement verification.
- Works with multi-disciplinary team to track progress of system development and availability to support test activities.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 1+ years of experience developing and executing test plans and procedures
- Ability to travel 10-20 of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with training systems and simulators
- Experience with hardware/software integration
- Experience with military aircraft and subsystems (e.g. sensors, mission computer, weapons, etc.)
- Experience with software development and/or troubleshooting software
- Knowledge of JIRA, GIT and other work management software

Summary pay range: $75,650 - $102,350
