About the Role:
As a Test & Evaluation Engineer, you will be embedded in a high-tech lab environment, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to validate critical electrical systems and influence design integrity through robust test practices. This role supports both current projects and the long-term vision of our client’s electrical system test lab.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and verify test methods and procedures
Define configurations and instrumentation to reduce risk and optimize results
Design test hardware, software, and systems to meet requirements
Use computer-aided design and simulation tools to verify designs
Troubleshoot electrical systems and read electrical diagrams
Analyze, process, and format test data to customer specifications
Prepare and present test reports and archive results
Train and support others on testing processes
Work with cross-functional teams and interface with internal customers
Work Schedule & Details:
Location: Seattle, WA (on-site)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: Full-time Consultant (12 months)
Starting Pay : $52.69 per hour
What You’ll Need:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
At least 1 year of experience with electrical and electronic technologies
At least 1 year of experience with CAD and simulation tools
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in wire design
Experience with electrical design tools (e.g., WCAD, Zuken E3)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with customers to coordinate test requirements
Understanding of mechanical systems
ABET-accredited degree is preferred

Pay Details: $52.69 per hour
