Job Description:

Tasks

  • Perform customer service functions and ensure timely and adequate response to internal and external customers
  • Handle aircraft related material demands
  • Perform purchasing and sourcing activities for aircraft material and negotiate prices when needed
  • Track, monitor and clarify all created purchase orders until availability at demand location is ensured
  • Provide feedback and status to customers on a daily basis via LHT own systems
  • Liaise with material and logistics organizations on a daily basis in English language
  • Assist with projects/ reports if necessary

Requirements

  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken
  • High level of customer service and orientation
  • Relevant job experience of 1,5 years in supply chain, logistics, business administration or customer service would be an advantage
  • Teamwork ability, assertiveness, persuasiveness, adaptability
  • Attention to detail and are goal oriented
  • Problem solving skills and productivity driven
  • Ability of decision making and self-initiative.
