Tasks
In order to coordinate the Entry-Into-Service, the LIFT team is organized into several project streams, which make all the necessary preparations for a smooth start in the respective area. There are the Operations, Transition, Commercial and Communications streams.
As an intern, you will support us with, among other things
- Working in the communication stream, especially for the Crew and Station target groups
- Product presentations with virtual reality at internal and external events
- Supporting the planning of the launching phase between aircraft delivery and the start of operations

Requirements
This is your chance to be part of an important transformation at the Lufthansa fleet.
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
- High motivation, solution-oriented and enthusiastic demeanor
- Independent way of working
- Willingness to work with colleagues from different departments worldwide
- Ideally experience in customer experience and communication
