Tasks
As part of the team in the Customs Process Center, you will get to know customs processes and the requirements behind them and think about how to create interesting internal communication!
Your main tasks will include
- Development of an appealing internal communication structure (use of tools such as newsletters or short clips)
- Creating training documents and videos
- Preparation of work instructions
- Support with customs clearance
- Designing processes in the associated documentation system
- Other exciting tasks

Requirements
If you meet the following requirements, we look forward to receiving your application:
- You are at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
- You are available to us for a period of 6 months
- You speak German at native speaker level and have a good command of written and spoken English
- You are familiar with the common MS Office applications
- You are creative and are also familiar with spaneting & communication tools
