As a Senior Buyer, you’ll drive smart sourcing decisions, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support high-impact initiatives that fuel innovation across the organization.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the procurement team, you will:
Lead sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials, equipment, and services from qualified vendors.
Evaluate supplier quotes and capabilities to secure reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective partners.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships that ensure consistent delivery, quality, and compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies with broader business goals.
Monitor spanet trends and pricing, identifying opportunities to capture savings and streamline processes.
Manage complex purchasing projects independently, applying strategic thinking and sound judgment.
Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor performance records to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
4–6 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations experience.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
A high degree of creativity and strategic latitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting procurement within aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
Demonstrated success driving cost reductions and process improvements.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay Details: $44.00 per hour
