About the role
We are recruiting for a Technical Material Coordinator — LMI, to be based in Doha, Qatar.
Deals and deliver matters that are related to LMI (Line Maintenance International) requirement for aircraft spare parts, materials and tools required at outstation. Interface with different departments within supply chain, on matters related to spare, materials and tools held at outstation.
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
To coordinate with Supply Chain department for the purchase, provisioning of aircraft materials required for outstations to support QR operations.
Follow-up and monitor on any incoming and outgoing outstation shipment.
As per LMI management directive, check for pool providers at the scheduled stations where QTR is flying and join the pooling as published in the IATP webpage.
Liaise with the concern department for flight spare kit (FSK) requirement to stations where pooling is not available and storage of QTR spares is not possible as per LMI management directive.
Constantly monitoring of shelf-life controlled items at outstations and arrange for replenishment in timely manner.
Maintaining and updating of spares allotment on the QR network
Ensuring that records of all materials owned by QTR at outstation is controlled and effectively monitored.
Continuously monitoring of IATP pooling requirements or company spares/material provisioning at outstations.
Continuously replenish consumables and fluid at outstations as per usage.
Liaise with contracted aircraft spare parts storage providers at out stations to perform physical check and actual count to reconcile the inventory as reflected in TRAX database.
Constantly monitor and update spares allotment file located in the QR network.
Checking and verification of invoices on shipping and storage charges for QR materials at outstation.
Prepare and submit a report to cost control for the monthly storage space occupied QR at the stations and other charges incurred materials handling.
Assist quality auditors from both internal and external parties during audits as per regulations.
