BigFoot Staffing is partnering with a respected aviation maintenance provider to help grow their skilled team. We're looking for an Aircraft Mechanic with 3–5 years of A&P experience, preferably with a background in General Aviation (GA). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who either holds—or is interested in pursuing—their IA certification.
You’ll play a key role in maintenance operations, partnering closely with the current IA and taking the lead on inspections, complex troubleshooting, and high-quality repairs. For the right candidate, this position offers mentorship and growth into a senior leadership or IA role.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Brings solid A&P experience with GA aircraft and wants to take the next step professionally
- Is confident leading inspections, solving complex mechanical issues, and mentoring junior techs
- Is interested in (or already has) their IA and wants to be part of a high-quality, trusted shop
- Is driven by pride in workmanship, safety, and continuous learning
Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Day shift | Flexible Full-time
- Pay: Starting at $40/hour and up depending on experience and certification level
