Job Title: A&P MechanicJob DescriptionThe A&P Mechanic will play a crucial role in installing Bell, AA, and other aftermarket kits on new aircraft, including air conditioners, sliding doors, rescue hoists, and FAST rope systems. The position involves performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes and engines, including the removal and replacement of engine and major airframe components. The mechanic will also handle sheet metal repairs and fabricate sheet metal and composite parts as required, alongside performing aircraft disassembly and reassembly. Furthermore, the role includes conducting post-maintenance flight test duties and executing major and minor repairs and alterations to aircraft structures, including sheet metal and composite repairs and fabrications. The mechanic will also fabricate mounting provisions for avionics installations.
Responsibilities- Install Bell, AA, and other aftermarket kits on new aircraft.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframe and engine.

- Conduct sheet metal repairs and fabricate sheet metal and composite parts.
- Perform aircraft disassembly and reassembly.

Essential Skills- A&P license.
- 4 years of rotary experience.
- Experience with rotary wing aircraft, specifically Bell models.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Bell 407, 412, 429 models is highly preferred.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is based in a Hangar/Customization/Completion Center. Employees can enjoy a casual dress code, wearing jeans, work pants, and decent shorts during summer. Closed-toe shoes are required, but steel-toed shoes are not necessary.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of PINEY FLATS, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $34.00/hr.
