What you will do:
- You will consult and interpret aircraft maintenance manualsand specifications to determine the best method of repairing or replacingmalfunctioning or damaged components.
- The A&P Tech position also will perform typicalmaintenance actions including bolting, torquing, rigging, and safety wiring toinclude the removal and replacement of aircraft components, engines and flightcontrols.
- This position will return to Service aircraft that havecompleted all required maintenance actions utilizing company logbooks orcustomer authorized documentation.
What you need:
- 5x2B yrs Heavy, Line Maintenanceand/or transport category aircraft experience
- 3x2B yrs 767 experience is highlypreferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Airframe and Powerplant license
- Working knowledge of aircraftmechanical systems
- Working knowledge of computer-basedapplications
- Prior hands-on experience in a heavymaintenance Transport or Regional Jets environment
- Basic understanding of FAAregulations pertaining to CFR Part 145 repair station operations AircraftMaintenance Manual, Overhaul Manuals, Servicer Bulletins, AirworthinessDirectives, Illustrated Parts Catalogues and Structural Repair Manuals.
- Prior experience on Boeing 767Classic & Next Generation Aircraft
