Responsibilities:
Rapidly deploy to AOG events and execute high-quality maintenance in the field.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in alignment with FAA and OEM standards.
Engage with external customers to set expectations and manage scope and timelines.
Document all maintenance activities accurately using internal systems.
Maintain readiness of AOG vehicles, tools, and inventory.
Consistently deliver professionalism and customer service on-site.
Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all actions.
Requirements:
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with a strong preference for recent AOG or field service experience.
Expertise with one or more platforms: Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna Citation, King Air, or Embraer.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Clear and professional client communication skills.
Proficiency in maintenance tracking software (CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
Ability to work independently, represent the company on-site, and handle physical demands.
Valid drivers license, ability to travel on short notice, and capability to lift 50 lbs.
Authorized to work in the United States with two forms of Federal Identification.
Completion of a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug test.
