Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator who will serve as the vital link between the maintenance department and operations. You will ensure the smooth functioning of maintenance activities, helping to facilitate timely aircraft departures and efficient communication between pilots and mechanics.
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between the maintenance department and operations.
- Receive phone calls from pilots for troubleshooting on the ground or in the air and relay information to mechanics.
- Coordinate out-station maintenance by contacting third-party providers if on-site mechanics are unavailable.
- Manage invoicing and ensure logbooks are signed off correctly.
- Facilitate the timely departure of aircraft by coordinating maintenance activities.
- Communicate aircraft issues between pilots and mechanics.
- Track shipping and shipping information to mechanics at outstations.
- Utilize SAP for parts procurement.
- Handle general paperwork and data entry, including Microsoft Excel and Teams.
- Perform tasks related to dispatch and flight scheduling.
Essential Skills- Experience with Embraer 145, with a minimum of 2 years required.
- A&P license.
- Proficiency in maintenance control.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Familiarity with SAP for parts procurement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
- Experience in handling repair tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $50.00/hr.
