How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) • Complete required paperwork for routing acceptable parts to stock, or shipping parts to customer.• Receiving duties for all incoming parts• Communicate with customer, internal and external, on all applicable paperwork• Monitor discrepancies found during routine inspection of parts and materials for trends indicating quality problems with suppliers; in particular, unapproved or suspected unapproved parts. • Maintain current knowledge of applicable procedures, methods and specifications directly related to the work assignment. • Complete documents in a legible, detailed and comprehensive manner. • Monitor the preservation of stored inventory.• Courier service• Participate in warehouse quality audits
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) • Must have an Airframe & Powerplant license or equivalent hands on experience• Must have organization skills• Have a current, valid driver’s license and pass a background check.• Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and the ability to work expeditiously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.• Experience in warehousing and logistics preferred.• Must be a team player with focus on customer service.• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week, mainly, M-F dayshift operations with evenings and weekends as needed with the possibility to work alternate shifts.• Must be willing and able to support 24 hour AOG requirements as necessary. • Possess strong communications skills, both verbal and written.• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office• Knowledge of SAP preferred.• Makes safety a priority.• Able to lift up to 80 lbs utilizing proper equipment or assistance.• Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.• Demonstrate the DMS core values of integrity, respect and perseverance.
