With supervision skills to inspect, service, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft airframe and structural systems, composites, and components, to meet manufacturers and STC holders specifications, and complete all required documentation per the FAA approved Quality Control and Repair Station Manual Procedures & Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1.&x9;Accept full ownership of assigned structural projects to learn and complete tasks from pre-planning to delivery of aircraft projects. Following all policies and procedures, especially the Quality Control Manual for Elliott Aviation, and will ensure the safety and security of customer equipment, parts, and aircraft during all structural repair and modification phases.
2.&x9;With direction from the Service Crew Chief in all aspects of assigned aircraft projects, accurately interpret and read aircraft blueprints/modification drawings, coordinating necessary resources, documentation, and communication with the appropriate personnel, including management, to ensure timely completion of quality structural repair and modifications for delivery.

3.&x9;With supervision support structural repair and modification projects by providing skilled labor and structural repair techniques from assigned team members and the Service Technician Crew Chief on a day-to-day basis for compliance and quality performance. Required to understand and use approved compliance-appropriate technical data from authorized engineering sources, FAA approved documentation and original equipment aircraft manufacturers maintenance & compliance documentation.
4.&x9;Record and maintain accurate and timely aircraft and project documentation. This documentation will include, but is not limited to the following: discrepancy documentation, maintenance sign-offs on a daily basis, and OJT recording.&x9;
5.&x9;Inspect, service, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft-related structural systems and structure install discrepancies utilizing the Elliott Aviation approved policies and procedures, and the appropriate manufacturer documentation and drawings to include maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogs.

6.&x9;Document On-The-Job Training (OJT) to promote growth and development as a structure team member. Develop skills, both personal and professional, which promote team cohesiveness and trust. Participate in personal and leadership development opportunities and demonstrate competency, leadership, and professionalism at all times.
7.&x9;Support, maintain, and comply with all Federal, OSHA, State and local regulations, and Elliott Aviations Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Processes.
8.&x9;Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements &x2022;&x9;A&P License is NOT required, Airframe would be awesome
&x2022;&x9;Experience: MUST have King Air and/or Citation and Flight Control Surface Repair experience

&x9;Reads, writes, speaks and understands English fluently
&x9;Visual acuity correctable to 20/20
&x9;Works in confined spaces, extreme temperatures, heights above six feet, noisy environments and flying
&x9;Works with and around products and materials associated with aircraft maintenance

&x9;Other:&x9;Purchase & maintain a tool Inventory which satisfies shop requirements
&x9;&x9;Regularly scheduled attendance required
&x9;Occasional overnight and short notice travel
&x9;&x9;Must be able to work various shifts and overtime as directed
&x9;
&x9;Education and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalency degree required.
Knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, 145
Basic Microsoft Office Suite preferred
