As a Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and quality of our products before they reach the market. Your primary responsibilities include conducting thorough testing of products post-assembly to ensure that all systems are operational and meet quality standards before moving to the quality inspection department.

• Conduct final functional, operational, and performance testing of Hero loitering munitions.
• Perform hands-on testing of electronic and mechanical components in a controlled environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to identify and resolve performance issues or discrepancies.
• Inspect and verify proper calibration and functioning of equipment used in the final testing process.
• Document and report test results, troubleshooting procedures, and any issues encountered during the testing phase.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and quality assurance practices.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions or failures and work with design or engineering teams to correct defects.
• Support quality control teams with detailed assessments and verification of final product condition before shipping.
• Assist in the investigation of malfunctions and phenomena arising during integration, testing, and trial processes.

• 3+ years of experience in an ATP or testing technician role, ideally within the defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and test procedures.
• Proficiency in using electronic test equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex systems and components.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings to perform tests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This position is based in a production/warehouse environment, operating Monday through Friday during the 1st shift from 8 AM to 5 PM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Stafford, VA.

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
