KIT Heli Ops is looking for experienced, professional UH-60 Apprentice mechanics to join our team. The position would be in the field during the summer fire season with the possibility of full time employment in the hangar performing Phase Maintenance. We are looking for Second (Apprentice) Mechanics, who have previous field experience maintaining the UH-60.
Schedule is 12 on and 12 off. Travel, hotel, and perdiem are paid by the company.

We pay a competitive hourly rate, depending on experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, service, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft, components and systems.
- Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions.
- Properly document all inspection findings and work performed/corrective action in the appropriate maintenance records “ModernHawk”
- Maintain work areas and tools in a clean and organized manner, and practice proper tool control.
- Must know how to properly hook up and safely tow aircraft support trailer.
