We are looking for a Quality Assurance manager for our Final Assembly Line to come onboard in our Quality Directorate in Delphine Chamaillard’s team.
Reporting to the Ho Quality Operations, three Unit Leaders are responsible for the assembly, customization, flight testing, and delivery of our aircrafts. Our assembly line is organized into three units: FAL A for structural assembly and engines installation, FAL B for aircraft customization and final ground tests, and Flight Line & Delivery.
This position is being opened as part of a phased retirement process at 50, starting mid‑2026. The employee currently holding the position will fully retire in 2029.
During the phased‑retirement period, the newly hired employee will perform the role’s responsibilities as a backup, as the current job holder will retain direct management status in the systems.
The Unit Leader is responsible for managing the SQDCP performance of this area and will ensure the achievement of operational objectives such as staff safety, product quality, adherence to deadlines and station gates, workload/staffing/skills alignment, convergence of production costs, and absenteeism management.
The Unit Leader is also responsible for improving line performance and leads the deployment of our operational and regulatory system standards in order to improve our industrial maturity.
As part of their duties, the Unit Leader will ensure the implementation of inclusive management focused on the development of their team members.
The Unit Leader actively participates, like other members of the FAL management team, in defining and implementing the strategic vision of the Operations Directorate.

Nous recherchons un Responsable d&39;équipe Assurance Qualité transverse (QOX) pour rejoindre notre Direction Qualité au sein de l&39;équipe de Delphine Chamaillard.
Cette ouverture de poste intervient dans le cadre d’un départ en retraite progressive à 50 , prévu à compter de mi‑2026. La salariée actuellement en poste quittera définitivement l’entreprise en 2029.
Durant la période de retraite progressive, la personne recrutée exercera les missions du rôle en tant que back‑up, la titulaire actuelle conservant le management direct.
La ligne d’assemblage finale ATR assure l’assemblage, la customisation, la mise en vol et la livraison de nos avions. Notre chaîne d’assemblage est organisée en 3 unités : la FAL A pour l’assemblage structurel et l’installation des moteurs, la FAL B pour la customisation de l’avion et la finalisation des essais au sol, et la Flight Line & Delivery.
L’équipe Assurance Qualité assure le support transverse pour l’ensemble de ces Opérations.
