KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
· Proven experience leading complex transformation across large organisations.
· Certified in change management (Prosci/APMG or equivalent) with deep understanding of change strategies, stakeholder engagement, behavioural change and adoption measurement.
· Strong understanding of transformation disciplines across people, process, digital, technology, culture and operating models.
· Ability to distil complex problems, synthesise information quickly, and generate clear, actionable recommendations.
· Skilled facilitator who can align diverse stakeholders and guide strategic conversations
· Strong commercial awareness and ability to link change adoption to measurable benefits and business outcomes.
· Confident advising senior leaders and influencing decision-making in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
