About the RoleIn this role, you’ll support critical customer and sales operations by managing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring on-time delivery of essential aviation parts and services. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the success of supply chain and sales efforts.
Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Full-Time Consultant (6 months)
Pay Rate starting at : $14.82 per hour
What You’ll DoYou’ll be a key contributor to day-to-day operations, helping ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment:
- Enter and manage customer orders, quotes, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Review customer purchase orders to determine requirements and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with sales teams to track active orders and ensure on-time delivery (OTD)
- Monitor customer order books and follow up on outstanding actions
- Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts and order status
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery or order issues
- Proofread documents for accuracy in part numbers and order details
- Maintain organized recordkeeping systems and process incoming mail and communications
- Handle inbound calls professionally while delivering excellent customer service
What You BringRequired Qualifications- 1–2 years of related experience in customer service or clerical support
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with data entry and managing high volumes of orders
- Solid understanding of office procedures and clerical practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications- 2–4 years of related experience
- Associate degree in Business Management or related field
- Experience working with international trade teams
- Background in customer support within logistics, supply chain, or aviation environments
