Level up your career as a GSE & FBO Manager, where you will lead all Ground Support Equipment (GSE), fleet, and mobile equipment maintenance operations. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, logistical coordination, and administrative oversight to ensure vehicles and equipment remain safe, reliable, and operationally ready. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Planning, and Project Management teams to support flightline and hangar operations while driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise personnel and direct all operations of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Fleet Services, mobile equipment repair, and FBO fueling activities.
- Prioritize vehicle, GSE, mobile equipment, and FBO operational needs, assigning work to technicians and staff to support daily operations.
- Coordinate workforce activities to maximize manpower utilization and resolve operational challenges across fleet and FBO functions.
- Establish and oversee preventative maintenance programs for all fleet and GSE equipment, including maintaining detailed service and inspection records.
- Inspect repair work in progress and upon completion to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
- Manage parts inventory by maintaining stock levels and ensuring timely ordering to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure all equipment is properly tagged, protected, and identified.
- Oversee preparation and maintenance of repair orders, equipment records, cost tracking, and labor documentation.
- Manage fuel logs, usage records, and related compliance documentation as required.
- Evaluate annual equipment replacement needs and maintain updated equipment condition lists.
- Perform administrative functions including approving time, attendance, and leave requests.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development support.
- Conduct employee orientation and on-the-job training and ensure all training is properly documented.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, PPE requirements, and proper equipment usage.
- Coordinate with Operations to determine GSE, fleet, and FBO requirements in support of active projects and daily activities.
- Coordinate equipment availability and operational resources across departments.
- Manage pricing and availability of motorized, GSE, and fleet equipment as required.
- Maintain effective communication within the department, promoting teamwork, accountability, and collaboration.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and solid mathematical skills.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical data related to fleet and GSE maintenance.
- Ability to safely drive and operate automotive vehicles and applicable equipment.
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and email systems.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Fleet Services and GSE maintenance
- Current valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds.
- Occasional pushing or pulling up to 65 pounds unassisted.
- Occasional climbing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, balancing, and reaching above shoulder level.
- Requires repetitive foot movement, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
EQUIPMENT OPERATED:
- Telephone, personal computer, multiple printers, and copy machine
- Cars, trucks, fuel trucks, GSE equipment, transportation vehicles, ARFF vehicles, heavy equipment, and service trucks.
- May be required to operate additional office equipment not explicitly listed in this description as needed to perform job duties effectively.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work in the aircraft maintenance hangars and Production Control Booth.
OTHER DUTIES:
- May be required to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate.
- Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of department management.
