As a valued member of our team specializing in the Public Safety sector, your primary objective revolves around the support to the process owners in their activities of process improvement and deployment, paying a specific attention to the overall BMS consistency.

Your specific tasks include:

• Collect current practices and challenge them towards the State of the Art

• Support process description

• Animate the yearly processes reviews, and support the Process Owners in the update of their respective processes

• Ensure that all the process improvement requests are correctly collected, analyzed and implemented

• Perform internal audits to verify the process’ adherence and relevance to SLC business

In this role, we need a seasoned Quality manager who excels in process development  and audit management..

You have experience in Quality management  and solid understanding of change management.
