The Human Resources Manager is a key leadership partner at the Customer Service Center (CSC), responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong employee experience across both union and non‑union populations. This role oversees the administration of HR policies, the Master National Agreement (MNA), and all employee relations activities while ensuring full alignment with federal and state employment laws. As a trusted advisor, this position plays an integral part on the CSC senior leadership team, supporting operational excellence through people-focused leadership.
